My laptop needed another hardware repair recently (totally user error on my end- I left it in the car during a heat wave and the bezel completely detached from my screen). Once again, Frank gave me a really understandable explanation of what would be required to fix it with a prompt estimate of parts + labor cost. He also continued to provide timely updates throughout the process, and offered accommodating options for pickup that fit even with my chaotic work schedule. My laptop was ready before my next semester starts and literally looks brand new. Would 100% recommend![OG Review]: Frank is a lifesaver! I had a had a basically brand new MacBook completely stop working, wouldn't charge, wouldn't turn on and I had months and months of data that wasn't backed up. Brought it to Apple and they said they had to replace the whole motherboard and not only that I would lose all my data and there was nothing I can do. Decided to come here and not only did Frank repair and get the MacBook to turn on, he completely saved all my data and my life for cheaper than what Apple was about to do. THANK YOU SO MUCH

I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! He was so EXTREMELY helpful, went above and beyond of what he “had” to do, was completely honest from the start and in the end did everything he could to try and ensure I left with a phone that worked! Oh and his prices were completely reasonable and no more than every other place I had gone too. I had gone to several different repair places in the mall for their opinion on fixing my broken phone and both places said they could fix it for $90-$100. Thankfully I didn’t have enough cash on me to do it that day. A few day later When I was able to afford it, I called a few other places outside of the mall Inwhich 1 never answered the phone or returned my call and another whos price was just ridiculous and that is what lead me to take it here. When I did he noticed something on the tiny portion of the screen that wasn’t cracked, not 1 of the other place’s noticed or even looked. Because of this I was able to prepare for the fact that even after having it fixed it was strongly possible I’d still lose things and the phone might not unlock rather than every other place that said nothing and just wanted me to pay for repair and once it was fixed and they had their money, then they would’ve told me or I just would’ve had to find out on my own after using all my money to fix it that the phone still didn’t work and all my data lost! It’s so unusual these days to find someone let alone a business that is straight up and honest with you from the start, and this place was definitely that! I can’t say enough good things about this place and Again I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!

My most recent repair was for the HD port on my PS5, and while repairing he fixed a burn on my my motherboard, and cleaned out three years of dust that had accumulated. All photographed and videos, and shown to me when I picked up the machine. The price was more than fair, especially when comparing to other shops in a 50 miles radius. Great guy, great shop, repairs took a few days because, as you can I imagine, being a reliable, affordable repair shop makes demand high.I really can't recommend this shop highly enough.

Great service used them twice now. I had a weird issue with my cpu and basically was told it was dying got a new CPU only got charged $40 for diagnoses. The second time I brought my phone to get a battery replacement for my Samsung s23+. The turn around was around 45 minutes. Replaced the battery and was good to go within the hour for $80 and some change can't beat the knowledge and price they offer for their professional services. The employee even cleaned out my USB C port which I knew was filthy and forgot to mention it. Amazing service, great knowledge, unbeatable price. You got a customer for life.
